The MyNextHome story begins not with a founding date or a location but instead with a philosophy. Founder and President Glen Mills knew that in order to build a successful real estate company he must surround himself with a team of the industry’s most brilliant professionals. Brilliant in the ways of dedication, innovation, integrity and craftsmanship. Coupled with Glen’s extraordinary ability to cast vision, this built the framework necessary to begin the growth of MyNextHome.
Glen spent most of his early months meeting with bankers, investors, and experts in the industry. As his portfolio grew, the MyNextHome business also grew, and a rhythm was set in motion to manage, maintain and increase holdings. Through an acquisition in 2012 and the progression of business entities, today we encompass a real estate brokerage division, a general construction division, a property management/maintenance division and a restoration division (operating under the name CleanWorks).
Glen’s philosophy on teamwork as a foundation has proven to be a defining factor that sets MyNextHome apart from other real estate businesses. MyNextHome demonstrates that when the right minds come together it is not the number of individuals that matter but the amount of passion that they possess. With roughly 20 employees we currently provide housing for more than 300 people per year between rental properties, realty and contracting.
